To move or not to move...
So, we get a letter from our letting agent informing us that if we want to renew the tenancy agreement it will cost another £75 a month.
We challenge this and get told that there is somebody else who would like to move in.
Hmm, I smell a rat - so I call the landlord direct.
He knew nothing of this, and is willing to accept a much smaller increase.
However, this has kind of left a bad taste in the mouth - we think the apartment is overpriced as it is, so have naturally been looking around to see what else is available.
We have found that in Solihull there are some lovely new places (houses and apartments) available for less than we are currently paying for our place.
Solihull would have many advantages;
Still very close to Coventry (and my work)
Closer to Davey's work
Great shopping!
However, on the back of the new car, finances are a bit stretched at the moment.
To be totally honest, we could both do without the hassle and expense of moving right now.
But... Solihull is very tempting, and we would save money in the long run....
Feel free to post your thoughts!

Nooooooooooooooooo...............
You can't move out of Coventry!
Wouldn't you consider moving to a different city centre appartment?
What about the new ones they are building by the train station /Central Six?
But I guess, Solihull would be ideal in many ways as its so close to both Coventry and Birmingham.
