Diet Update - Week 2

After last week's loss, a dissapointing week this week - no loss at all!

Probably due to the large amount of alcohol consumed celebrating our house purchase... oops!

So, here's the update;

16th April 2007 - 18st 3lbs
23rd April 2007 - 17st 8lbs
30th April 2007 - 17st 8lbs

don't be put off! I know its disheartening! Just redouble your efforts:)

I need inspiring so do it for me!:) lol! i know i know you can only ever diet for yourself!

9 pounds is amazing in two weeks anyway! most people would be happy with that.

if you keep at it you are bound to lose some after a week of no loss at all! and you'll be almost at the first stone if you do... ALREADY!!!
